Franky before the time skip
As a result of the changes he has made to himself, as well as his years of shipwrecks, bounty hunting, and banditry in Water 7, Frankie is a stocky man who stands at least seven feet tall, making him the third tallest member of the Straw Hat Crew after Junbe and Brock. His arms are relatively large while his forearm muscles are relatively small. His chest is well-toned with large abdominal and pectoral muscles. He has bright blue hair and blue star tattoos on his arms. Frankie's eyebrows are quite long and stiff, and he has three prominent lower scythes over each eye. His chin is very angular and splits into three pointed notches. Frankie has an equally angular prosthetic nose made of iron with numerous spikes and jagged edges, which is the only replacement part of his outer body that is not covered in synthetic skin.
Before being hit by Bloating Tom, Frankie's arms were of normal size, and his overall length was relatively short compared to his cyborg-enhanced height. His nose and chin were also normal, both of which were later badly broken in an accident, prompting him to have them repaired with irons.
His clothing choice usually consists of swimming trunks, which has led people to call him a pervert, and a loud open Hawaiian shirt with a large gold chain necklace around his neck. He rarely buttons his shirt, keeps his sleeves long, and wears pants or shoes unless the situation demands it, or someone forces him to do so. He also dislikes when people mess with his appearance, as seen when Nami's mind was inside his body and tried to button his Hawaiian shirt, which annoyed Frankie.
Before becoming a cyborg, Frankie was only half-clothed because he wanted to. Now, his robotic body is designed in such a way that covering himself limits his ability to access his features (the long sleeves prevent him from using weapons mounted on his arms, the buttoned shirt prevents him from accessing parts of his chest, and the pants prevent him from using features on his legs that cause them to separate or expand, the boots are an obstacle for this reason and also unnecessary because his feet are reinforced with iron). If in battle, Frankie will take off his clothes to use his weapons or wear specially modified clothing that can change with him. Conversely, Frankie always makes sure to cover his back (hence, wear a shirt) because it is a weak point. He is still flesh and blood because it is the only part of his body that he cannot access and modify. Unfortunately, Frankie is still cold and could suffer frostbite due to his semi-naked state.
