Ben as a stink fly

The stink fly has a slender human-like body. Most of his body is blue, with his shoulders, armpits, and ankles being light blue, while his chest, stomach, neck, and lower face are blue. He has three blue fingers on each hand and three dark blue toes, the third toe being on his back. He has greenish blue eyes. She has a light blue V-band on her forehead, one through each eye, one on her groin, one on each toe, and two on her thigh. It has orange wings with black edges and two dark blue antennae.

While under the influence of Tim Baktu's Brocha Doll, Stinkfly's eyes are purple and his mouth is closed.

In Ye Olde Laser Duel, Stinkfly wears a green tunic with blue patches on his chest and shoulders, has star motifs on his wings, and sports a fake brown mustache.

Stinkfly wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
