Tim Buktu

Tim Buktu is an older man who has a slightly overweight body, squinty eyes, black hair curled into a pompadour, and a square chin covered with a permanent 5 o'clock shadow.

His outfit consists of a collared shirt with torn sleeves, brown shorts, and brown shoes. He wears a yellow beaded bracelet and a brown band on his right and left wrists respectively. His shorts are held up by a belt, the silver buckle of which is embellished with the letter "T". He wears a necklace that features a gray Tiki-like decoration.

Tim Buktu is very selfish, and he was willing to drown Ben for his own benefit. He is also shown to endanger children's lives just to discredit Ben. He is also a coward and obsessed with fame, willing to do anything to gain attention for himself.

Tim Buktu is skilled in the use of various devices and weapons, such as mechanical wings and special fluids kept in vials. He also has above average strength, able to lift a boulder, albeit with great effort. He is somewhat athletic, having some movements that he named after animals.

A team can communicate with Exotic Moths by mimicking them.

Tim Buktu appeared for the first time in Villain Time, where he had a competition with Ben to see who was the best hero. Eventually, he triggered a crisis in a dam, allowing himself to save the day while Ben was stuck in his hole. Max and Gwen, however, found that he also caused a boat fire beforehand, exposing him for his crimes. Tim retaliated by throwing a vial of acid at the dam, partially destroying it. Although he intended to fix it easily, the crack in the damn thing quickly grew out of his control. Reluctantly, he teamed up with Ben as Diamondhead to fix the dam, using his vials of tar to seal it. He was soon arrested by the police, and told Ben that when they meet again, it will be the time of the villain.

In Safari Sa'Bad, Tim was revealed to have been living in Adrenaworld: Safari-Land for the past month, taking up residence in an undeserved washroom. Luring the Tennysons to the theme park, he hatches a revenge scheme, grabbing a strand of Ben's hair to create a voodoo puppet so he can control Ben. Puppeteering Ben, he attacked the ride Congo A Go Go, and later directly attacked Max and Gwen. He and Ben traveled further down the road, planning to send the boat down a waterfall. However, Max destroyed the voodoo doll just in time, which allowed Omni-Enhanced Wildvine to save the boat, thwarting Tim's revenge plot.
