The queen bee looks like a normal bumblebee and mutant, except it's really big. She is yellow with black stripes. She has two yellow arms and wears white gloves. It has only two black legs. Its underside is black. It has two pale blue wings. It has two black antennae and short brown hair. He looks like he has a section of white furry coat around his neck. His teeth are sharp and white. She has orange eyes and red lips. He also has a black stinger.

The queen bee is selfish when it comes to acquiring valuables, and has a high opinion of herself. She likes to bask around her chickens and make up phrases about bees. She is also a big fan of Sidney's books, owns a first printing of one of them, and eventually kidnaps him to write a novel about her.

According to herself, Queen Bee spent time in the local community theater before turning to a life of crime. Queen Bee first appears in Tech 10, where she orders her three Big Gang to rob a bank, but her plans are foiled when Ben stops her. He and the Big Gang went to jail. At the Bentathlon, Queen B is recruited by Forever Knight to fight Ben in a gladiatorial match but is defeated by Diamond Head. In a sticky situation, Queen B tries to rob a bank while Ben and Kevin compete to see who can stop her.
