US disabled Chinese hacking network targeting critical infrastructure

Reuters was first to report that the U.S. Justice Department had disrupted a sweeping Chinese cyber-spying operation called Volt Typhoon that targeted critical American infrastructure. Reuters reported several key details on the US operations to thwart the hackers, all of which were confirmed in the official announcement.
