Q1: All the AC ports support 3600W (US) output?
A: For US version, you can only have max 3600W AC output on the 30A AC port.
Q2: What's the max input DELTA Pro can achieve?
A: When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel/240V outlets (3000W max).
Q3: How many solar panels can l use at the same time?
A: It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. It's fine as long as the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and under 15 amps.
Q4: Can I run a 240V device on the 120V US version?
A: You'll need to connect two DELTA Pro units to power 240V electronics. You can do this by: 1) the Double Voltage Hub and use the AC outlets on the hub, or 2) the Smart Home Panel and use your home's 240V outlets (you'll need to setup 240V wiring on the Smart Home Panel during installation).
Q5: How do I update the firmware?
A: First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow App using Internet mode. Secondly, go to the Firmware section in the Setting of the DELTA Pro you're looking to upgrade. Check for the latest firmware and follow the steps to finish the upgrade.
Q6: How do l recharge DELTA Pro at 200V-240V in a 100V-120V region?
A: The cable provided with your DELTA Pro won’t plug into higher-voltage outlets, and you’ll need a third party adapter/charging cable.
Q7: Are portable solar panels effective?
Portable solar panels are an extremely effective, clean, and renewable way to charge a portable power station. EcoFlow 400W portable solar panels have a larger wattage than typical solar panels and are more efficient due to their monocrystalline cells. Spring up to three 400W portable solar panels and use with a DELTA Pro portable power station for input of 1600W. Additionally, EcoFlow portable power stations use an MPPT algorithm that ensures a constant energy supply. Unlike static solar panels, portable solar panels are easily moved and adjusted depending on where the sun is in the sky.
Q8: Where do you place portable solar panels?
A: Positioning portable solar panels at an angle between 30-45 degrees, facing the direction of the sun, is best. EcoFlow portable solar panels have a built-in stand that can be adjusted, depending on where the sun is in the sky.
Q9: Which solar panels are best for camping?

So far so good - it charged without an issue and I charged my cell phone without a problem. You could tell it was not new, definitely was not in bad condition, but there were scuffs on the unit. No complaints due to the price and it'll be covered anyways, but it would have been nice to see it cleaned up just a bit more. The 400 watt solar panel is heavy and quite big (was a surprise to me).

Super excited about my Delta Pro. This thing is the best. Unfortunately they didn’t mention that these refurbished units can come with some small cosmetic defects or damage, which I was initially a little upset about. However, the customer service team was awesome after I reached out in their Facebook group. They gave me a very small kickback and a free swag item. You really can’t be upset with how low the price is on the refurb. Very happy customer and the unit functions perfectly.

I had questions and reached out to the seller asking if the vacuum was in fact new even though it says it's open box. The seller quickly got back in touch and told me that the item is in fact open box but it has never been used and they made sure that I had good attachments and that the equipment worked. I am really impressed with the vacuum. We have a nice Robot vacuum but had no idea that it was not getting up as much dirt as a bigger vacuum could do. See the picture below from our rug.

I’m very pleased with this vacuum. It far exceeds my expectations. I thought my carpets were fairly clean until I tried the Dyson. The amount of dirt it lifted was incredible. And easy to use! If possible I would like to download the owner’s manual to have on hand. I plan to research the Dyson corded vacuums and purchase one very soon. I would also like to note that delivery was very fast.

The vacuum arrived in its original box with all accessories. However, the battery wouldn’t last longer than 15 minutes on eco mode. I contacted them and they shipped me a brand new battery and now everything works perfectly!
