The trailer features a new title track, “4eVR” by Hiroyuki Sawano. It features a stunning battle scene between Jinwoo’s shadows and enemy monsters. While the producer Sota Furuhashi has already revealed that the series will focus on the side characters, the leaked images show the second season will adapt the “Jeju Island Arc.” In addition to this, the series will also feature some characters from Solo Leveling: Arise, a new webtoon by Meilin Fisher and Alicia Blanche.

How Many Seasons Will There Be?
Solo Leveling started serializing in November 2016, and since then, the web novel has had a total of 13 volumes. Since the pilot season of Solo Leveling has covered up to Volume 2 of the web novel, there is enough source material left to cover. Solo Leveling Season 2 is expected to cover two more volumes. However, since the first season ended in chapter four of the second volume, the sophomore run will cover volumes two and three. Considering this, the anime can return for up to seven or more seasons.
