The Stone Hashira will prepare Tanjiro for the upcoming battles, which might require more strength and willpower to fight against the demons. Well, it appears to be the toughest training ever.

That’s because Himejima will never pass Tanjiro in his mission. So, seeing how Tanjiro deals with the upcoming challenges in Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 3 will be thrilling.
A Quick Recap!
Previously, in Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 2, Kagaya’s Kasugai crow and Tamoya had a deep conversation. Kasugai Crow invited Tamayo for Kocho’s research at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. To everyone’s surprise, Tamayo accepted the request and went there with Yushiro. Soon, the scene shifted its focus to Tanjiro, who followed Giyu at Ubuyashiki’s request.
Ubuyashiki asked Tanjiro to convince Giyu to participate in the Hashira training. Although Tanjiro wasn’t a fan of that request, he did every possible way to persuade Giyu to participate. While Giyu resisted entering the training session, the Water Hashira finally revealed the reason behind Giyu’s strong disapproval.
The Water Hashira stated that Giyu used to train with Sabito under Urokodaki. However, things turned darker when Sabito sacrificed his life to let Giyu and others qualify for the Final Selection. This eventually left Giyu in utter guilt. While Tanjiro believed Giyu would never join that training session, the latter surprised everyone by vowing to partake in it.
