The PFF-X7II+/P9 Plutine Gundam (プルタインガンダム Purutain gandamu?) is a Gunpla introduced in Gundam Build Metaverse. A variant of the Core Gundam II Plus, it is built and piloted by Hiroto Kuga.
A dueling version of Hiroto's Core Gundam II Plus formed by docking it with the Pluto Armor. When Hiroto learned about Ecopla, a project which utilizes recycled materials, he saw a connection between it and Pluto, the planet of destruction and regeneration. This inspired him to create the ninth unit of the PLANETS System. The exterior of the unit utilizes the specially coated "EP Armor". This black-colored armor can convert kinetic energy released by the unit as well as from nearby enemy into supplemental energy, allowing for significant improvement in combat sustainability. The combination of the EP Armor with equipment specialized for hand-to-hand combat, makes the Plutine Gundam suited for repeating destruction and regeneration in close-range battles.
Armaments
Infortune Scyzer
The Plutine Gundam's main weapon and its dedicated close-range equipment. It is a scythe with high cutting capability and can be used as a long spear by folding down the scythe blade. This alternate form of the Infortune Scyzer is also called "Lance Form".
Breaklow Feather
Stabilizer units equipped to both shoulders, used for both offense and defense. They can be used in conjunction with the highly tempered blade parts on the legs, allowing for offense and defense capabilities that are refined and acute. They can also be deployed as shuriken-like remote-controlled weapons, or attached to the forearms for use as claw-like weapons.
Beam Saber
Stored on the back of the Plutine Gundam, the pair of Beam Sabers are the same weapon as the Core Sabers used by the Core Gundam II Plus. However, the length of their beam blade is increased when used by the Plutine Gundam.
