Create the storyboard text.  Now begin to lay out the story from a spatial perspective. Write a caption below each panel to identify who is speaking and what they are saying. Storyboards typically include:

      action
      Important information
      dialogue

Begin the visual layout process. Once you have completed your storyboard text, start filling in the empty storyboard panels with illustrations for each scene. Try expressing the action you want to depict through these images. Please note that anime images are usually hand-drawn.

Read the storyboard carefully for consistency. After you finish illustrating your panel, read your storyboard to make sure the actions, dialogue, and illustrations you created are placed properly to tell the story. If you find plot holes or missing dialogue, be sure to edit your storyboard to fill in the gaps.

Share your completed storyboard. Your friends and family will be a great audience for your work. Be sure to share your storyboard with them and be proud of your accomplishments.
