Who is Krillin?

Wuicamo:
Who is Krillin?

Krillin (クリリン Kuririn) is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball series.

He is one of the most powerful and talented fighters on the planet. He is brave, loyal, and kind. Krillin briefly had a rivalry with Goku while training under Kame Sennin, but they quickly became lifelong friends,[19] to the point where Goku cares for him as if he were part of his family and those closest to him. He is an excellent Z-Fighter, despite often being outnumbered by his main antagonist. His short stature and baldness (except when he grows his hair long after The Muppet Legends, although he occasionally shaves his head in some Dragon Ball Super lore) allow him to provide comic relief in tense moments.

In the latter half of Dragon Ball Z, he essentially gave up fighting, choosing to settle down with his family, becoming the husband of Android 18 and the father of Malone. However, due to everything that happened in the Golden Frieza Saga, he later returned to his warrior lifestyle in Dragon Ball Super.

Krillin does not have an obvious nose, but, in a fourth wall-breaking way, he seems to be able to smell, until someone mentions it (like Goku in the 21st World Martial Arts Championships): He smelled Bulma's scent The smell of diamonds taken from the pirate cave, he smelled the gravitational trap in the mirror spaceship. In the Dragon Ball: Adventure Special magazine, when asked why Krillin does not have a nose, Toriyama replied: "Krillin has a physical characteristic that allows him to breathe through his skin at the beginning of the series and throughout the manga." , Krillin's eyes are all white and he often squints with a bored expression. However, later on, his eyes widen and his eye color seems to disappear completely, leaving the inside of his eyes the same color as his skin.

Krillin was originally a jealous and selfish person. When faced with Kame Sennin's training, he did not respect the rules. After a short rivalry between the two (years later, Krillin even admitted that he initially hated Goku), he became Goku's best friend, and his selfish, jealous personality became more kind and generous (although he still has... A bit of selfishness and jealousy). Crean is often used by authors as comic relief or cannon fodder. As the most prominent pureblood character in the Dragon Ball series, Krillin also represents the common sense of Goku and Gohan and is often the most recognizable character. Usually when things get strange in the dragon world, Krillin can only shake his head in disbelief and joke.

Despite this, Krillin is brave and resourceful, and the audience sees him as a good-natured underdog. Like Yamcha, Krillin has adapted to a relatively normal life by seeking out women, arguably better than many of his friends. He is the more “normal” of his friends because, in addition to his typical martial arts attire, he wears regular clothes on non-fighting days and engages in other normal everyday activities like watching TV, going to the beach, etc. As Goku’s best friend, Krillin is one of the only ones who remains a main character for most of the series, even as Kame Sennin, Yamcha, Tenjin Rice, Gyoza, Yajiro, Chi-Chi, and the others fade into the background. Overall, Krillin is a highly regarded character in the Dragon Ball series: strong, loyal, and brave. His presence in the manga is second only to Goku’s. However, in some recent films, Crean has been relegated to comedic roles. This is in the film "Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13!" "Most outstanding performance in" At that time, he was beaten by Qiqi, hit his head twice, had hot coffee poured on his head, was injured by an energy beam, had a lot of snow fall on him, and he was beaten by Vegeta, slipped when the main villain was about to attack him and was humiliated in the hospital (he even commented in the Vegeta incident "Why do these things always happen to me?").
